I’m a mom in my 40s of two boys, wife, middle school teacher, Reiki Master, and health & fitness coach.
With all of this juggling, I have learned over the past few years that taking care of ourselves is NECESSARY to take care of others. ��
This may include fitness, meditation, nutrition, and just getting enough sleep! Are you taking the time for yourself?
Prior to this my busy schedule left me with nothing but excuses of no time for working out. So when I heard of a 5-minute exercise plan I thought 5 minutes would be something I would be able to commit too. I have loved it. The support and motivation from the group has kept me accountable, which we all can use. We are all worth at least 5 minutes. Thank you Christine for all your time in making this possible.
Christine has helped me make exercising and taking care of my body a priority! Her encouragement and support was just what I needed. Her accountability groups keep me on track. I couldn't have changed my life habits and become healthier without her!
I have taken part in several five minute challenge groups with Christine. I love the accountability and it definitely makes a difference in my commitment to keeping my nutrition and exercise habits on track. The exercises are tough but she is always there (virtually!) cheering you on.
I can't say enough about all of the support and encouragement I receive from Christine on a daily basis! Without the Conditioning to the Core groups, I wouldn't have had the success that I've had. I am working out 6 days a week (and enjoying it), I'm eating healthier and investing in ME! I look forward to checking in to the group and getting motivation from others and tips & ideas for meals. Christine's journey has inspired and motivated me to become a stronger, thinner, happier & healthier ME...I couldn't do it without her! I resisted joining for two years because I couldn't imagine how I could fix exercise into my busy life. Christine gently, patiently, and consistently checked in with me - not just trying to get me to sign up, but asking about me - my life, how I was doing. I know several beachbody coaches, but picked her when I was ready. I am so grateful for her inspiration and patience. I am so impressed when I see her videos both crushing and shaking on some moves. She provides me with daily motivation. So grateful to have her and this group! - Miranda Marcus
